Each rule is evaluated independently, so students who meet the criteria for any of the rules can view the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, an instructor sets two release conditions for a test:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rule 1: Specific Members or Groups, with one student selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rule 2: A date-based rule with an access date that has already passed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The selected student can view the test because they meet the criteria for Rule 1. To access it, select <strong>Manage Course Rubrics<\/strong> in the <strong>Course Rubrics<\/strong> section of the Gradebook Settings. The rubric will automatically download as a ZIP file. The file is named using the rubric&#8217;s name and the course title and is saved in the instructor&#8217;s Downloads folder. These exceptions include differences in due dates, access dates, or the number of allowed attempts.
